All our products are custom-made. Once the product design is finalized by the client and production has started, steek apparel do not allow order cancellations, modifications, or refunds. For full production rules, read our Terms & Conditions. Therefore, before finalizing your design, please carefully review and confirm the colors, logos, embroidery, and sizing to avoid any issues for both you and us. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days. Also, kindly share a complete report of the issue so that we can properly address and repair it. We will either replace the product or issue a refund. Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. If we did not cause the product issue, the client will be responsible for the shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once the return is approved, excluding shipping fees.
