Our Business
Steek Apparel is a custom medical scrub manufacturer and supplier based in the United States.
We create made-to-order uniforms for healthcare professionals and organizations, including bulk and branded orders. These terms apply to all customers, whether individual or business clients.
Products and Services
We work hard to describe our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or fit may occur due to manufacturing or display differences. Prices, descriptions, and other information on products may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to remove or update any of our products at any time.
Orders and Customization
When placing your order, please provide complete and accurate information about your product so it can be made according to your requirements. Before we start making your custom designs, we will send you proofs or samples for you to approve. Once your product design is finalized and production has started, no design changes, cancellations, or refunds will be possible. Please make sure to carefully recheck your logos, colors, embroidery, and sizing before approving the design.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment must be made in full before production begins. We only accept secure online payments from trusted providers. Any tax or fee charged by the bank during the payment transfer will be the client’s responsibility, not ours. We reserve the right to change prices and discounts at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship & deliver our products worldwide through DHL and FedEx. Product delivery time may range from 3 to 15 days. Once the product has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or weather-related issues caused by the courier service. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our products are custom-made. In case of any fault, such as stitching issues or any serious defect, we will replace the product for you. Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Payments for sample orders are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. Refunds are issued under the rules listed in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, graphics, images, and text belong to Steek Apparel and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our website without written permission from Steek Apparel.
Limitation of Liability
Steek Apparel is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers
- The customer provided incorrect information
- Minor variations in product color or design
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
The laws of the United States govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes related to these terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction where Steek Apparel operates.
